POETRY. WELL-SERVED: A Photo History of knife | fork | book 2016-2021

Edited by Kirby with a forward by Hoa Nguyen

ISBN: 978-1-989355-74-9

First five years. Thousands of poets, launches, readings, chapbooks—from humble beginnings as a old oak library cart in Kensington Market (Toronto) to an international beacon/centre of poetry in Canada—these photos (mostly taken by KFB's founder Kirby) tell the story of a poetry bookshop with no start-up monies that "came out of nowhere," to the publisher/poetry festival (fertilefest.com) it remains today.

This book will be released as part of an exhibition at Fertile Festival of New & Inventive Works, 2025.
